> Kandiflow is workforce management software built for restaurants, cafés and bars in Sweden. It brings employee scheduling, a time clock, the digital staff register (personalliggare), timesheets and payroll together, so every hour is entered once and flows from the schedule to the payslip.

Scheduling: build the week with drag-and-drop and AI suggestions and see labour cost while you plan. Open shifts can be published to staff in the app.

Time clock and staff register: staff clock in with their personal ID number on the venue's own iPad, till or computer. The staff register required by the Swedish Tax Agency is kept automatically and can be shown or printed during an inspection. The time clock keeps working offline and syncs when the connection returns.

Timesheets and payroll: clock-ins become timesheets, with deviations from the schedule flagged. Approved hours go into payroll with unsocial-hours pay under the Visita/HRF agreement, and payslips are published in the Kandiflow Portal app for iPhone and Android.

Analytics: follow sales, labour cost and labour cost share per day, week and month, also across several companies.

Pricing: SEK 595 per month on an annual contract, plus SEK 95 per payslip, excl. VAT. The time clock and staff register are included. 14-day free trial and free personal onboarding.
