Pro is $20 per editor a month, billed monthly through Stripe. You pay for editors only - anyone who builds or changes dashboards, reports, notebooks or apps. Viewers and auditors are free and unlimited, so sharing a dashboard with the whole company costs nothing extra. Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro, free and with no card. Nothing is charged when the 14 days end: the workspace moves to the Free plan and nothing is deleted. Dashboards, reports, notebooks and apps all stay, and always-on apps go back to waking when someone opens them. AI usage is paid from a prepaid balance. Every account starts with $20 of AI usage and Pro adds $10 every month. Top up $10 at a time, or turn on automatic top-ups, capped at $50 in any 30 days. The balance never expires. Pro includes 750 compute hours and 5 GB of storage per editor each month, shared across the workspace.
