How teams use it
Work happens on an infinite real-time canvas. Teams cluster sticky notes, run dot votes, build prioritization grids, map process flows and stakeholders, sketch freehand, and annotate imported PDFs and images. Comments attach to any board or shape, deeplinks point at a single object, and finished boards export to PNG, SVG, or PDF. Templates cover retrospectives, planning, prioritization, dependency mapping, fishbone diagrams, mind maps, and process flows.

What the AI does
Bizby turns a meeting transcript into a board with to-dos, decisions, and themes extracted as editable notes. It generates polls and affinity maps from a prompt, summarizes any frame into an executive or retrospective summary, and includes text tools for rewriting, shortening, grammar, tone, and translation.

Governance and security
Bizby is developed and hosted in Canada, with data residency in Montreal. The platform is PIPEDA compliant, encrypts data in transit and at rest with TLS and AES-256, and has a SOC 2 audit in progress. Enterprise deployments add SSO through SAML and OIDC, automatic user provisioning, sub-teams with content scoping, and a centralized admin dashboard. Organizations can connect their own Azure OpenAI endpoint so prompts and board content are processed entirely inside their own tenant.

Migration and support
