## Reviews

### "Connection Assistant" — 5.0/5

> **Ches** | *17 February 2026* | Nonprofit Organisation Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Our entire reason for buying the power pack was to be able to connect to external (to our SQL environment) systems and files. The salesforce connections in particular are constantly used. Some of the other tasks, like Trash destination (really who doesn't need that) and help with speeding up development is invaluable.
>
> **Cons**: The errors and can be cryptic. But today I came across one that just made no sense and I was able to chat with their support team and fix it in minutes.
>
> As a SQL Architect, I very much like structure and repeatable tasks. Zappysys makes this easy to do.

### "ZappySys ODBC PowerPack is a Project Saver" — 5.0/5

> **Dave** | *17 December 2025* | Education Management | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: It makes SSIS Data Package Development for Data Integration possible for mere mortals. There are multiple approaches to you solution requirements.
>
> **Cons**: It does so much sometimes is difficult to keep it all straight, there are so many ways to reach your goal.
>
> Been using it for years and it has made things we thought to be too difficult simple and straight forward.

### "Long time ZappySys user" — 5.0/5

> **Ken** | *9 April 2026* | Government Administration | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I've been using ZappySys at every position I've been in and it saves a lot of development time. Support is generally responsive and on tougher items to troubleshoot, they will hop on a call. They're suite of functions and features is constantly expanding, so that's always a good sign for me.
>
> **Cons**: Some time saving features were not implemented or didn't get right, but nothing show stopping. There were other features that exist in competing add-ons that I wish ZappySys consider making their own version and adding valuable functions as well since they're the add-on we use most to save development time.
>
> Support was great as usual. Upgrade path for every version has been pretty smooth. Hardik - you rock\!

### "Great Customer Service" — 4.0/5

> **Amber** | *17 April 2026* | Consumer Electronics | Recommendation rating: 5.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I have only been using it for a short time within SSIS but can see it is simple to use and easy to integrate with existing tools.
>
> **Cons**: Not as widely used as other tools so there isn't as many articles on how to use the product compared to other tools such as MS SSIS.
>
> So far the online help has been really good. I am only starting to use some of the tools so not sure of the full features available.

-----

### "Price of Greatness" — 5.0/5

> **Richard** | *18 December 2025* | Financial Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Great deal of functionality. It simplifies SSIS. Also, the service is tremendous. I have had several instances where I needed help from their Tech Support, and they never fail.
>
> **Cons**: It is expensive. It is worth every penny, but it is expensive. I need something very specific from the powerpack. There is so much more to the product that I do not use.
>
> I have been using the Powerpack for about 5 years. The best think I can say about it is that I have been using it for 5 years.
