The working papers platform

Underneath sits a complete cloud working papers system. Import the trial balance and ledgers from your bookkeeping software. Work with a chart of accounts built around your firm's own codes and schedule references. Run ledger analysis, misposting review, and control account reconciliation for debtors, creditors, VAT and wages. Use customisable checklists so a new starter and a senior manager work the file the same way. Build the final pack in your firm's own format. Track every job across the practice from the firm dashboard, with module level roles and permissions for each team member.

How it stays accurate

Detection and arithmetic run in code, where being wrong is unacceptable. The AI only explains what the code found. Every figure passes a verification gate against your source data before it is shown, so if a number cannot be traced back to your ledgers, it does not appear.

Papercare never files, posts or sends anything without you. Judgement and sign-off stay with the accountant.
