> **Pros**: FetchDesk answers every call and transfers to our team only when necessary (about 10% oof the time).  Before FetchDesk we would miss several calls every day.  FetchDesk booked over 100 appointments (14 new customers in the first 30 days). When spending $500 a month on something that is this good I don't mind the pricing.

> **Cons**: It took about a month to set-up, but it was super customized to what we do so I was happy to wait for a more accurate and personal AI receptionist.
> 
> Couldn't be happier we took the chance.  We were a little worried about some customers not loving it and some don't and they ask to talk to a human immediately.  But for the customers who aren't anti-AI, it's doing a great job.  It's optimizing schedules, converting first time callers into customers and handles 90% of our calls.
