Resume screening reads every resume against your requirements and surfaces qualification gaps, rather than matching keywords. One-way video interviews let candidates record on their own time, on any device, no app to download. Talent assessments come in three types: Personality, based on validated Big Five and IPIP research, Situational Judgment Tests built around your team's real scenarios, and Environment Fit. Use one on its own or stack all three. Truffle does not force a sequence. What the AI does: AI Match scores every candidate against your role criteria and shows the reasoning, criterion by criterion. AI Summaries give a short overview of strengths, gaps and alignment. Candidate Shorts compile the three most relevant moments of an interview into a 30-second reel, so you review a candidate in seconds instead of watching full recordings. Every response is transcribed, searchable and exportable. AI Check flags patterns suggesting AI assistance as a signal for better follow-up questions, never as a disqualification.
