Companies, auction houses, charities and schools run their own branded auction website on their own domain, with zero commission and no listing fees, on a flat monthly plan. Nothing to install: hosting, security and updates are included, and a site is live within minutes of signing up. Who uses it Sellers who want the bids, the bidders and the money on their own site rather than on a marketplace that takes a cut: liquidation and surplus stock, machinery, vehicles, estate sales, charity fundraising, art, antiques, property, livestock and more. Each trade has its own page and a how-to guide at auctify.com. Auction formats Timed online auctions with scheduled start and end times per lot, bid increments, reserve prices and soft close (a late bid extends the clock until bidding settles). Automatic and absentee bidding: bidders leave a sealed maximum in advance and the site bids the minimum needed for them. Buy Now, Make an Offer (off until you switch it on), second-chance offers to the underbidder when a lot closes below its reserve, and one-click relisting. Dutch (declining-price) auctions and reverse (procurement) auctions are included. Payments Winners pay on your own site by card through your own Stripe account, by PayPal, or by bank transfer, where you mark the lot paid when the money lands. The buyer's premium (0 to 35 percent) and the shipping fee you set per lot are added to the hammer price at checkout. The money goes straight to you; it never passes through Auctify, and Auctify takes no commission. Bidders and access Every account confirms its email before it can log in. Per lot you can require a saved card before anyone bids. A whole site can run in private mode, hidden behind an access code, for invite-only sales. Sellers One seller, or a marketplace: open the site to third-party sellers you approve, each listing under your brand, with seller plans you price yourself.
