I love that we can customize to our needs, with a few exceptions. I also like that Civic Review has an app for inspections and that inspections can still be performed without an internet connection. > > **Cons**: Unable to update formulas based on the latest ICC data table. Too complicated and requires Civic Review staff to make the change. Also, we would like to be able to guide permit applicants to the right permit type and fees to better automate the application process. The software doesn't appear to be able to do that without complicating the reporting, according to Heather. The Civic Review app can be a little glitchy when cell service is spotty. Also, too many email notifications are sent to everyone each time a permit review status is changed.
