> **Pros**: We love how easy it is to navigate and the Quick Add feature.  Quick Add allows us to capture a crisis call with limited client information instead of having to go through the entire intake process.  We can record service units easily without spending time clicking through information that we don't have due to the nature of the call.

> **Cons**: The only thing that was an issue for us is that we are a small agency with a limited scope.  StriveDB is very robust and has several features that we can't use, so the intake process was difficult. The good news is, \[sensitive content hidden\] worked with us to identify exactly what we need and made adjustments that made sense for us.
