All customer data stays inside the customer's Microsoft 365 tenant, in Switzerland or the EU. Hospitals, banks and public authorities whose compliance frameworks rule out external SaaS platforms can run PlainPPM without a separate data processing agreement; processing remains under the already-approved Microsoft 365 contract.
