> Routing24 is a route optimization AI assistant for businesses that plan delivery and service routes around hard, real-world constraints. Orders come in from an Excel or CSV file, a pasted address list, or directly from your work AI assistant, with built-in geocoding for every stop. Finished routes export back to Excel or reach drivers as a zero-install mobile link that opens in any browser with the stop list, ETAs, and navigation handoff. Planners edit routes visually on the map with realtime violation diagnostics and explanations, see exactly why an order went unassigned, and re-optimize as often as needed.

An AI route planning assistant is built in: it converts supplier files, PDFs and emails into orders, repairs addresses the geocoder could not place, translates business rules stated in plain language into optimizer settings, and batch-edits finished routes with a reviewable change list and shared undo. A 45-tool MCP server connects Routing24 to Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI agent, which then works on the plan while spending your own AI subscription's quota.
