# Vulse

Canonical: https://www.softwareadvice.co.nz/software/523360/Vulse

> Vulse is a B2B employee advocacy platform built to solve a problem most organisations recognise but struggle to fix: getting employees active on LinkedIn in a way that is consistent, authentic, and measurable.

Most companies understand that content shared by employees generates significantly more engagement than posts from brand pages. But turning that insight into a working programme is harder than it sounds.

Employees lack the time to write posts, worry about saying the wrong thing, or simply don't know where to start.

Marketing teams end up writing everything themselves, chasing colleagues for approvals, and pulling analytics manually. The result is inconsistent activity, generic content, and no clear way to prove ROI.

Vulse was built to fix every part of that workflow.

At the core of the platform is AI-powered content generation with tone-of-voice matching. Rather than producing one-size-fits-all posts, Vulse learns how each individual communicates and generates LinkedIn content that sounds like them. Employees can go from a rough topic to a polished, scheduled post in under two minutes.

The content feels personal because it is personal, which drives higher engagement and faster adoption across teams.
Alongside content creation, Vulse provides a content optimisation score for every post before it goes live.

This gives employees a clear signal on whether their content is likely to perform well, helping them improve over time without needing to become social media experts. Scheduling tools allow teams to batch their content and maintain a consistent posting cadence without daily effort.
On the analytics side, Vulse holds rare LinkedIn API permissions, including access to engagement and profile analytics data that most platforms cannot offer. This means organisations get deeper, more accurate insights into how employee content is performing, which team members are most active, and what topics are resonating with their audience. Everything is available from a single dashboard, with no need to export data or build reports manually.
For programme managers and marketing leads, Vulse includes adoption tracking that shows exactly who is using the platform, how often, and how their activity is trending over time. This makes it straightforward to identify champions, support those who need encouragement, and report results back to leadership with confidence.
Vulse is not just a software tool. The team behind the platform brings over 16 years of social media strategy experience and offers hands-on support to help organisations design, launch, and optimise their employee advocacy programmes. This includes advocacy strategy development, employee training sessions, content planning frameworks, and incentive programme design to keep participation high over the long term. Whether a company wants to run a fully self-serve SaaS deployment or needs a managed service with ongoing strategic guidance, Vulse adapts to fit.
The platform is used across a range of industries by organisations that rely on LinkedIn as a channel for brand awareness, recruitment, thought leadership, and business development. Common use cases include marketing teams looking to amplify campaign reach through employee networks, HR and talent teams using advocacy to attract candidates, sales teams building pipeline through social selling, and leadership teams establishing executive presence on LinkedIn.
Vulse was founded in 2019 in Manchester, UK, and was purpose-built from the ground up to address the shortcomings of legacy employee advocacy tools. Clients who have switched from platforms such as DSMN8 and Hootsuite Amplify consistently report lower costs, faster team adoption, stronger AI content quality, and cleaner analytics.
For organisations that want to turn their employees into confident, consistent LinkedIn content creators and measure the business impact of doing so, Vulse provides the platform, the intelligence, and the strategic support to make it happen.

## Reviews

### "Made employee advocacy actually work for our members-facing team" — 5.0/5

> **Verified Reviewer** | *7 May 2026* | Retail | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The ease of use has been the biggest win for us. We're a small marketing team and LinkedIn was always one of those things that fell down the priority list. Vulse changed that. The AI content generation is quick and produces posts that sound natural rather than robotic. Our team can go from a rough idea to a scheduled post in a couple of minutes. The tone matching is surprisingly good and means we don't end up with everyone sounding identical. Being a Manchester-based organisation ourselves, it's also been great working with a local team who understand our audience and respond quickly when we need support.
>
> **Cons**: It would be useful to have slightly more granular control over the analytics reporting. The dashboard covers the essentials well but being able to build custom views or export filtered data would help when we're reporting to the board on specific campaigns or time periods. It's a minor thing and doesn't take away from the core experience.
>
> Really positive from start to finish. Onboarding was straightforward and the team were helpful getting us set up without overcomplicating things. We use Vulse primarily to keep our marketing and partnerships team visible and active on LinkedIn, and it's delivered on that. Post frequency across the team has gone up significantly and the quality of content has improved because people are using the optimisation scoring before they publish. The value for money is strong compared to other tools we looked at. It does what it says it does and it does it well.

### "A platform that understands how agencies work" — 5.0/5

> **Philip** | *10 November 2025* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Vulse has become a core part of how we manage multiple client accounts in the manufacturing sector. The LinkedIn integration is simple, and the tone-matching feature helps us adapt messaging for different client voices effortlessly. The dashboard makes it easy to see all client performance in one place, perfect for reporting and weekly updates.
>
> **Cons**: It would be great to have more in-depth API integrations with other B2B networks in the future, but for LinkedIn and content management, it’s outstanding.
>
> Vulse has saved us countless hours every week. Managing five or more manufacturing clients’ pages used to be a nightmare, but now it’s organised, trackable, and collaborative. The content support tools actually understand context, which helps us produce higher-quality posts faster. It’s the best social management platform we’ve used for LinkedIn-focused B2B marketing.

### "Makes our brand look professional" — 5.0/5

> **Richard** | *11 November 2025* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I find it is incredibly easy to use, even for someone who isn’t a full-time marketer. It helps us create polished, on-brand content for LinkedIn that brings in real enquiries. The analytics show what’s performing best, and the suggestions make writing posts faster and more confident.
>
> **Cons**: No complaints yet. But I want to see the pace of new features continue. Brand awareness could be stronger as I have to explain it to people.
>
> As a business development manager, LinkedIn is one of my main tools for finding leads and showcasing our work. Vulse makes posting and tracking engagement much easier. It helps keep our brand active online and positions us as experts without needing external support. The time saved has been huge, and the results speak for themselves.
