Not Perfect, but Still a Great Software
Overall, my experience with Entrata has been a positive one. It's easy to use and is user-friendly. Even with the few things that I wish could change, it's been great as a whole.
Pros
Overall the ease of use for Entrata is what I like most. When I first started, it didn't take long for me to get the hang of how Entrata works. The way everything is organized in the system as well is great and very user-friendly. The Entrata Help Center is very helpful, between the articles they have and customer support team they have.
Cons
The part I like the least about Entrata is that when you're uploading documents or pictures, you can usually only upload one at a time. If it's just one or two documents, that's not too bad, but sometimes I'm uploading four or more items, and it slows me down when I'm trying to get my work done. There's also some times that Entrata is extremely slow, and it takes a long time for it to load a new page or load a document you're trying to look at or generate.

Amazing but complex system.
Positive. But it does take a lot of work to set it up the way you like. Usually permissions to edit are hard to obtain or take days for someone to get the help from Entrata to help change and edit things the way we like. The honeymoon period is certainly over. We can hair it efficiently but there are definitely ways it could be improved.
Pros
Streamlines workflow and has built in app and inspections. Being able to pull reports is amazing.
Cons
I would like to be able to call residents from the app on iPhone and have my number be blocked or something. There are issues with the inspections and charges that we have some across. We also have issues with the make readies being available or posted correctly in the app. I also think resident inspector should be housed in a different place than the maintenance/ staff inspections.

If You Want Zero Assistance and A Buggy System , Entrata is For You!
Absolutely terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! Again, I have been doing this for 12 years and I have never seen such a useless system with such inept 'help' staff.
Pros
Nothing is any better about this system than any other system you would get, rather it's far far worse than you could even imagine. I've been in Property management for over 12 years and I have never seen such a useless terrible buggy system in my life. Worse though is their complete lack of interest in helping the customer and the staff's overall cluelessness in the system, their inability to read your help ticket thoroughly so they keep asking the same question you have answered a hundred times and after all the back and forth over an issue that didn't exist a day before and you have done everything exactly as you always have, they just say to start from scratch. That's their 'help' every time. Also, even if you set the ticket to 'urgent' you won't get a response during working hours, it will be overnight, so even 'urgent' matters take days to come to that 'start over' response/'fix'.

Amazing (though overwhelming) capabilities!
Entrata is overall a very powerful tool. I have the most experience with running reports and creating maintenance work orders.
Pros
I like that Entrata can run detailed reports. I also like the work order function. I like that it helps our team have leads, payments, work orders, etc in one place.
Cons
Entrata has a big learning curve. The system can be overwhelming to learn at first.

Solid product-Great team
We thoroughly enjoy our partnership with Entrata. I would not recommend another software for Multifamily housing management.
Pros
I like the workflow from prospect interaction to post move-in activity. Once you get familiar with the dashboard, the prompts and reminders lighten the workload as well as all the automations. Entrata also offers mini products such as renters insurance and energy benchmarking allowing us to work out of the same software 98% of the time. Not mentioning the amazing customer service would be a travesty. From the call-center service staff to our CSM and migration team, we have experienced incredibly pleasant and helpful people ready to assist.
Cons
Occasionally, the system will run slowly, which of course impacts our entire company’s productivity. There have been a few glitches with two factor authentication in the past, but nothing recently.

All in one property management software
Entrata is absolutely amazing! I have literally recommended it to anyone that has asked my input. I have worked with Yardi, OneSite, OnSite, and eSite. Entrata is by far the most superior leasing platform. With leasing, invoices, work orders, online payments, Entrata is truly a one-stop shop. I love Entrata and it will forever be my preferred platform.

Ease of use. Simple navigation. Easy to read reports and a very clean dashboard look.
Cons
I wish the make ready board was a little more simplified like everything else on Entrata.

Best software for Residential leasing & accounting
Overall it's been great. I really like this software because it's made my job so much easier and my collections and communications have signifigantly improved.
Pros
User friendly, compatability, excellent customer service, fantastic features and tools. Reporting that is easily customizable by the user. It's so much more flexible than our previous software and they are always striving to improve or create additional features specific to their customer needs. They are also super friendly and readily available by phone for support. I have never had to wait on hold. The CSR's are extremely knowlegable and professional. If it's an in depth issue, then the online tickets can take a while, but they always come through. Set up is a lot, but this is usually the case with any software transition. I will say that the transistion, although they always take some time and work, was the best I've experienced (and I've been through a LOT of them in my 30+ year carreer).
Cons
Needing permissions to be turned on for every little thing if you are not an Admin can be annoying, but once it is set up it's rarely an issue.

Overall the experiance with entrata has been excellent. No, complains support is quick on reponding issue reported.
Pros
Information is easy to pull, ledgers are self explain. I have used other softwares and Entrata has been the most easy to use and manage. Also, to teach a new hire is easy, videos are very helpfull too.
Cons
Generating report it could be confusing. Also, merging to utility billing was confusing speacilly to explain prices.

Thank God It's Not RealPage
Very user friendly. Excited to have a PMS that doesn't take 10 minutes to navigate to one page. The reports are thorough.
Pros
Its organization. Everything flows very well. The learning process was easy enough to understand where everything is very quickly.
Cons
How sensitive the system is. Every slight lease modification requires a signed document. I am aware this could be changed in admin settings. Also, it would be super helpful if renewal was not a 2-step process. Or if residents could do their own renewal and it would be completed and sent back to staff to countersign and approve.

Entrata beats all other software systems!
Entrata is very simple to use. The dashboard shows everything on one screen and is easy to navigate. The training was "hands on". The help desk team has been very supportive. I don't want to ever go back to our previous software systems!

Pretty good experience all in all and definitely don’t mind using it

I like that I can jump into the app. See what my residence need maintenance wise, or I can jump in the app and make work orders for them.
Cons
I don’t like how clunky the app is. Takes forever to post pictures to the app and if you have bad WiFi service it’s goin to be a slow go.
