The tracking and monitoring ability that is provided by Motive, gives our organization real-time information as to where all of our vehicles are located at any given time. Yes, it even shows the vehicles traveling down the roadway in real-time. The monitoring system allows us the ability to coach drivers based on an actual scoring system that is provided by the telematics of the vehicle. Seeing (with video) how your drivers actually drive is so important. Drivers with poor driving habits are allowed to be identified and coached. This gives transportation risk management a whole new perspective allowing you to reduce incident frequencies. > > **Cons**: It would be great if Motive could redesign how videos are catalogued when a driver creates an event. The ultimate benefit of this system is to eliminate risky drivers and reduce accident frequencies.
