> **Pros**: Nothing really, it was hard to setup and customer service is terrible. I am fairly tech savvy and it took me nearly three hours to determine their servicces were not offered as promised.

> I did my research to find a virtual telephone number from Ireland that would support SMS messaging, Calilio's website said it did just that. I signed up, purchased a US number, then purchased a phone number in Ireland, however it did not support SMS. I contacted Calilio tech support and they informed me that the website was wrong, and SMS messaging is not supported. I asked for a refund and they held back $8.10 stating that these charges were not refundable to them, so they will not refund them to me. Outrageous customer service. They lie on their website, and then will not refund in full on the same day that the order was placed.
