Seamless integration that works flawlessly

APPSeCONNECT exceeded our expectations in quality, performance and execution of the deliverables. The service has been working flawlessly and you get what you pay for. Excellent support team who are very experienced in setting up the flows exactly how you need them and can quickly implement any changes.

Pros

It is a high quality application that works seamlessly between platforms. You also have the ability to edit the logic flows yourself (if required), and have full visibility of what is going on with the synchronization, plus daily reports that provide any status issues. Support team was excellent.

Cons

The costs can mount up considerably, even if you have just a few platforms that need synchronizing, which can be prohibitive when considering wider utilization throughout the business.

Pricing lacks an all-in-one package where you could make efficient use of the application for all sorts of required connections, which would provide a greater return on investment and enable businesses to make full use of the software without fear of spiraling costs.

Reference Letter for APPSeCONNECT support

After implementation, first two years we faced a lot of issues.

Not long as ago, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] (Customer Support ) and [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] (Technical support ) they were handling our account for the past year we didn't face much issues and they are quick responsible for the urgent issues.

Especially from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] he will make sure that will close the ticket end of the day and reply his findings to my stake holders so there wont be any escalations.

Recently we have bought new server, APPSeCONNECT team helped us to move there services to our new server without any disruption based on the timeline. There maintenance and support is good.

As team i strongly recommend there services. it was be pleasant and delightful working with them. I wish all the very best for the future and upcoming projects.

I am writing to recommend the AppseCONNECT service of SAP b1 integration with salesforce. we were been working since 2017 to until now.

This software flexible to use and they have few features where we can monitor syncing process lively between the two systems. There is an every tracking report to monitor the touch points and errors.

Cons

Initially when we started this project we faced lot of issues as we are integrating two systems.

As we have some customization we got more errors and was not handled properly in the first phase.

Excellent Customer Service for Our Essential Platforms Integrations

Pros

[sensitive content hidden], who handled our project, was an incredible professional. He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, dedicated, and a pleasure to work with. In his hands we went from feeling intimidated by the integration, to feeling confident in it.
The software works as we need it to, most importantly. We went live a month ago and everything has performed as expected, with no major issues. We are using it to connect our Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP system with our new Shopify site, syncing product data, inventory, orders, customers, transactions, etc. Though the pre-built connector APPSeCONNECT had for our ERP was pretty rudimentary, the APPSeCONNECT team was very happy and able to customize the connection to work for us. They were able to include all necessary business processes in the integration!

Cons

Initial startup of the project dragged a bit, and it was hard to understand what was needed for things to get moving. In the first few weeks communication was slow, and a bit incomplete. However once we started work in earnest, communication improved completely.
The email notifications from the AeC platform aren’t very helpful, as you can’t click into them to identify the cause of any errors. All they really do is make me anxious.

Shopify SapB1 Integration

So far its been very good, we want to work further with them in the future

My name is Jorge Leipen from Proveedora PGP an ecommerce in Mexico specializing in car and truck tires, We started doing ecommerce 8 years ago in Magento 1, after 4 years we migrated to Magento 2, but the connector to our ERP, in this case, SAPB1 was giving us a lot of trouble, to the extent of even crashing the site. With this new integration we can map every brick and mortar store we have as a Shopify location.After 5 years we have decided to replatform to Shopify and we needed a new connector to our SAPB1. After a lot of research we decided to partner with Appseconnect. The implementation took more than we expected, but now that we have the connection between Shopify and SAPB1 it was well worth it.The interface and functionality compared to our previous connector is a big improvement. The service and attention that we got through the implementation was top notch. Being able to define sync processes with data transformation (and not only simple mappings) is the most important aspect for integration.

Dynamics GP to Shopify Integration

It has been great. We implemented in-house and worked with their team. They were very knowledgeable and always professional.

Pros

I have used Appseconnect's old connector which worked fine but their new connector is much easier to use and seems to be more robust than the old version.

Cons

With the old version I had some syncing issues but the new version has been great.

The team at InSync have been great to deal with the process of our new website integration.

The ability to integrate our e-commerce system to our Accounting System seamlessly. Our accounting system communicates to our website automatically and keeps our website up-to-date instantly.

Pros

The integration of AppseConnect allowed us to have an open source platform of Woocommerce to talk to our Accounting Software SAP for our business. This allowed us to easily integrate our customer database and customer orders directly from our website to our accounting software and visa versa instantly with no manual process.
The software is very intelligent and allows our individual product information to feed on our accounting software directly to our website. This means that when product information is changed in our account software, say the price and stock QTY's - our website is instantly updated. The team at Insync - especially my account manager Pratik, were very knowledgeable and even accommodated to custom integration we needed that went beyond standard scope. They have great communication and have been easy to deal with, explaining in detail the process of each task. Change requests were handled quickly, which was very nice and refreshing, especially from an overseas provider. They had so much patience with every new request that we needed and were available day and night and weekends as well. So general Support is on very high level. I would happily recommend the AppseConnect and the team at Insync, if you want a 3rd party to work on connecting your online website to your accounting system, especially when your accounting system does not offer a 'cloud' service.

Cons

The software was a big expense to the total cost of the development to build our new site, however it is very intelligent and stops manual processes and human errors within the company structure; So in-turn we believe is is going to be worth the cost in the long term. The cloud portal has been a great help although we have had some internet browser related issues which were easily resolved quickly.

Smooth & free of issues, despite the complex nature of our requirements

automatic syncing between our web store and ERP

Pros

AeC has proven to be extremely capable of handling any and all requirements we have of it. We use it to sync our Magento web stores with multiple SAP B1 databases. We have a unique sales workflow within SAP, and initially I was concerned that what we needed from AeC might be too complicated and that we would have to make certain compromises. I am happy to say that there has not been a request that AeC could not fulfill.

The AeC Sync Controller app has made syncing automatic, seamless and worry-free. It is also very simple to use, I can easily open the app to check system status and see a detailed sync log.

I am a relatively new user to both Magento and SAP B1, but it has been really easy to understand how to use and monitor the syncing with AeC.

The team at InSync have been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire configuration and implementation process. Any questions I have had have been answered promptly and thoroughly. I'm very happy with the level of customer service we have received. They are kind, knowledgable, and always make sure our needs are taken care of.

Cons

Honestly, any issues I have encountered with our Magento <-> SAP B1 syncing have been the result of occasional problems with our internal server and SAP configuration. AeC itself has not been the cause of any trouble and it fairly reliably does what it is supposed to do.

We integrated our Magento website platform with SAP B1 Version 8.82

Our website's Magento platform is now connected to our SAP, which is also connected to our third party logistics so the process of receiving and invoicing orders is completely automated and is saving us a lot of time we would normally have put into data entry.

Pros

We are a growing manufacturing company in the organic food sector and have a limited IT department. The staff at InSync was extremely supportive through the entire process. They not only assisted with the conceptualization of the process, but were super quick to respond to issues and troubleshoot errors that came up during testing. Their service was excellent throughout this project and they were more than willing to take extended time to train those of us who were not that IT inclined. They were also very open and willing to follow up on amendments to the original project without constantly renegotiating - which helped keep the project on course, even if we hit a bump in the road. All our questions were answered and InSync made sure we had the support we required at every turn. App is easy/user-friendly to use and maintain after implementation. Would work with them again.

Cons

We thought that being in North America would be problematic for communication, but this ended up being not as great of a con as we thought. We still received excellent customer service.

Integration from APPSeCONNECT from eBay & Amazon to SAP B1

Great application.Helped Swann Communications to increase sales in eBay & Amazon with effectiveness. We are currently top rated sellers on eBay because of APPSeCONNECT fantastic efforts throughout . Our late shipment rate is 1 order out of almost 2500 orders . That is unbelievable! We are projected to be Top rated as well in 2017 because of APPSeCONNECT.

Also for amazon marketplace, our late shipment rate for January is only 1% while our valid on time tracking rate is almost 97% !

Due to these scores, we were able to exceed our sales budget because customers receive good customer service from us and receive their orders in perfect condition and on time , they have left us amazing feedback that has prompted others to buy. Wonderful customer support

The experience with using APPSeCONNECT is a pleasant one. We are now able to run checks and manually intervene whenever it is needed. The support team is always available to jump on a call when needed, at any time of day.

Pros

The reporting is a welcome feature. I like the fact that if there is any error on an order, you can see exactly what is causing it when checking the snapshots for the sync. The whole interface is user friendly and really easy to navigate. The support team are always explaining what they are doing and providing quick solutions.

Cons

The only feature that I am missing is the report which actually lists the orders with errors on them. We do receive a report on a daily basis, but it no longer lists the orders that are erroring.

My experience with APPSeCONNECT - Raenco

Pros

The things more like about this service is the customer service that the team give us, they're always ready to help us. Another thing what we like is the implementation of automate a LOT of process we were doing manually.

Cons

The only thing we saw as bad was that our server blocked the connection a lot time of the team for the migration and other steps.

Successful Integration between two complex systems

We hired AEC to integrate the amazon SC platform with our back-end SAP S4 Hana system and overall we are happy with the final, customized solution which has automated the transactional data feed from Amazon’s Seller Central platform to SAP, which is basically what we needed to accomplish. We recognize that it is a very complicated process and started the project with no prior experience with a webAPI. If there would have been more attention placed on the initial conversations on how the framing of the integration and the blueprinting process it may have saved time with the implementation. Our resident SAP expert had to step in to pull both sides together, ask a lot of questions that were difficult to answer not knowing the Amazon Seller Central data side.

Pros

The team was very responsive, with a good attitude to problem solve.

Cons

Project timeline was delayed most likely because we had to understand how to best match up the data points which could have been discussed in the blueprinting process.

Shopify > Nav 2016 Order Sync

Pros

The communication and professional delivery and development of our Shopify and Nav integration by Debangan at Appse.
He never fails to deliver and is always prompt and answering queries and requests.
Debangan delivered our 3rd integration project within just 4 hours once the scope had be defined.

Cons

Price structure can be confusing. And had a few back-and-forths regarding onboarding fees. But we solved the issues promptly.

Absolutely wonderful overall. Great staff, great service, honest collaboration make for a truly unique experience.

Pros

Aside from working directly with the programmer, [sensitive content hidden], the next best part was the ease in which things were spooled up and its consistent functionality.

Cons

If I had to complain about one thing, it would be the login portal. I still need after logging in to removed everything to the right of *.com in the URL and refresh in order to bypass the setup screens and get right to the process flows.

Great Tool to Integrate

Pros

AppsEConnect helped us create a custom integration between SAP Business One HANA and Hubspot. We had several custom and complex requirements for the integration and AppsEConnect was able to satisfy all of them.

Cons

Due to the timezone difference, it can take some time to get a response back which increased our implementation time.

iPaaS Shopify B2B e-Commerce <> SAP Business One Integration

Our experience and ongoing partnership with APPSeCONNECT have been overall positive. We especially like the way they have been able to adapt to our needs, the quick response when facing issues, and the weekly meetings that has been very productive and informative.

Pros

The implementation process have been a challenge, as was expected, but APPSeCONNECT have provided all the help we could ever ask for. The customer support from our main contact have been outstanding, even with our different time zones taken into consideration. If you are reading this and have your own plans for integration with APPSeCONNECT, make sure your company review, and define your needs in great detail- this will help greatly to ease the integration process!I use the iPaaS client daily to review and administer our process flows, it is a very helpful tool albeit a bit confusing at times. All the necessary features are avaliable but they can be hard to find on first glance.

Cons

The portal interface and usability could defintely use an update. A clear display of processflow update intervals would be great. A Performance matrix. Scrolling through snapshots trying to pinpoint API issues is not necessarily hard, the web interface is just too small!The initial SOW phase could be better defined with the help of APPSeCONNECT. We had to add functionality in the middle of the project due to restrictions which could have been included initially with input using their knowledge and expertise from prior projects.

Pros

I like the communication with us. They were always on contact and looking ways on helping us out in each step. Even if you have big problems they'll do the mile ahead and help you out so your integration can be the best one around.

Cons

The portal at the beginning is not that friendly user but after a few sessions with the team it is a really simple portal.

Automatic sync of data between Woocommerce and Business Central

Friendly, very responsive, professional and highly recommend.

Pros

It is completely automatic. We do not have to do anything. And it works. In case we want new customizations, these are easily integrated by their Team.

Cons

Sometimes the sync is not working, but this is due to compatibility between the two systems and not because of AppseConnect. For example if the text string from Woocommerce is very long, the sync will not succeed because Business Central does not allow such a long text string in the mapped field.

The beginning was rough, with a miscommunication probably caused by us but ultimately resolved it with further reviews and adjustments. Good experience overall and the product came out great.
