> **Pros**: The support, I gave some feedback on things that may be of benefit to clinics and quite quickly they implemented the ideas into the app, I can now add more species than just small animals and as a rural clinic who sees equine and other farm animals that is extremely helpful.&#10;Veterinary management systems can be extremely pricey, for a vet nurse who runs a mobile nursing clinic by herself these larger systems just are not worth the cost. Veterian is great value for money for a clinic like mine and I love knowing that if I do ever add another nurse or vet to my clinic that I can change my subscription easily to account for that.

> **Cons**: I would love if there was an app to actually download rather than just saving the page from the internet. The only other con is that I can't connect square payments, it would be really handy if you could since this is widely used, currently I have to take payments on square and then go and record the payment on the app also, it would be good if you could 'check out' the client and have it automatically go to square to pay.

> My experience has been great, I swear every time I log into the system there is a new improvement and that is the kind of business I would like to spend my money on, one that really feels like it's working for to help your clinic and not just another large corporation. I have also found working in other clinics that the bigger systems often have maintenance issues most likely due to the amount of people using them, I don't think I have even had one with veterian.

> **Pros**: The user-friendly interface includes everything necessary for patient management, including SOAP, appointment and vaccination reminders. It's possible to tag groups of clients and patients. Convenient financial reports are available. The ability to send reminders via WhatsApp is very important in our country. Very helpful support team.

The system is very user-friendly, fairly simple, and yet provides all the necessary tools for a small clinic. A special thank you to the support team. They always respond very quickly and have done a lot to make my work easier.
