> **Cons**: No realtime tracking app, unlike many other GPS competitors in the market.

> Had a great experience with the customer service anytime I needed to update a device, order additional units, or reprogram settings. The text-to-locate feature is really nice, but wish there was a way to get realtime tracking without having to manually ping each device.
