> **Pros**: The team is knowledable and easy to talk to.

> **Cons**: If they make a mistake, and you receive an IRS penalty, the company will ghost you. They do not honor the contract to indemnify you for mistakes they make. They will not respond to your emails, calls, or written letters. You have to take them to court to get any resolution.

> The credit calculation itself went fairly well. They made a mistake in their computations though, which lead to us overclaiming the credit. When presented with the prospect of amendment fees along with penalty \& interest expenses, the company stopped returning our calls. They have ignored all attempts at communication for over a year.
