> **Pros**: Die Insights über die Performance der Gespräche, die ich gehalten habe, und die Möglichkeit, mir das Coaching anzusehen und davon zu lernen. Zudem ist das Transkript extremst wertvoll für Follow-up und in der Nutzung mit einer externen KI.

> **Cons**: Die Schnittstelle zu LangDock ist noch ausbaufähig – wir nutzen Kickscale jeden Tag und merken aber, dass die KI-Modelle von LangDock viel versatiler sind, und kopieren aktuell alles immer aus Kickscale raus in die unterschiedlichen KI-Modelle, um daraus dann E-Mails oder Follow-ups oder Summaries zu generieren.

> Sehr zufriedenstellend und sehr stark für Auswertungen etc. Allerdings wird dieses meiner Meinung nach zu stark aufgebläht in Kickscale selbst – das Ziel sollte sein, dass die User im Sales Kickscale so an das CRM und KI-Modelle angebunden sind, dass man nicht für jede Kleinigkeit in Kickscale unterwegs sein muss, lieber alles zentralisiert und eine Übertragung der wichtigen Infos in das tool was am meisten genutzt wird im Sales, also ins CRM.

> **Cons**: Ich würde gerne schneller und variabler Dinge einstellen können. Oft gefällt es mir mehr, die Transkripte in eine andere KI, zum Beispiel Claude, zu übertragen und mit so einer guten analytischen KI noch individuellere Informationen rausziehen zu können.

In Vorbereitung auf Folgetermin kann ich gezielt via. Agent fragen, was Sache ist und worauf ich mich vorbereiten soll.

> **Cons**: im Moment gibt es tatsächlich nichts was mir nicht gefällt außer eine individuelle Einstellung (diese ist aber abhängig von unseren internen Prozessen): Die Bewertung der Meetings macht meines Erachtens dadurch manchmal wenig Sinn, weil oft die Termin die teilweise direkt Kaufen schlecht bewertet sind und umgekehrt.
