> **Pros**: L’interfaccia è molto user friendly e consente al fruitore di orientarsi facilmente nelle varie funzionalità della piattaforma e appaga l’occhio. La gamification integrata dà un tocco di coinvolgimento in più.

> **Cons**: Lato amministrativo, rivedibile il generatore di test che è un po’ farraginoso rispetto alle altre funzioni. Ci sono ampi margini di miglioramento.

> La piattaforma è davvero molto bella e fruibile, lo staff di DD è molto disponibile e proattivo per trovare le soluzioni per adattare Tentacle alle esigenze dell’azienda che ne deve usufruire. Realtà giovane, dinamica e italiana, dettagli non banali per fornire alle aziende una piattaforma moderna e con grandi possibilità di personalizzazione.
