Die intuitive Benutzeroberfläche macht den Einstieg extrem leicht – selbst Kollegen ohne technisches Hintergrundwissen konnten direkt loslegen, ohne irgendeine Anleitung zu brauchen. Besonders positiv ist auch der Support: feste Ansprechpartner, schnelle Rückmeldungen und unkomplizierte Testphasen. Vom ersten Gespräch bis zum späteren Produktivgang hatte man immer das Gefühl, dass jemand zuverlässig ansprechbar ist und sich wirklich kümmert. > > **Cons**: Die durchgehend verwendete genderneutrale Sprache, die sich leider nicht deaktivieren lässt. Dadurch wirken viele Texte in der Oberfläche unnötig kompliziert und teilweise schlecht lesbar. Auch das Hinzufügen von Sitzplätzen im Sitzplan ist etwas umständlich. Wenn man nach einer bestimmten Uhrzeit buchen möchte (und für diesen Tag bereits einen Arbeitsplatz gebucht hat), wird automatisch der nächste Tag ausgewählt - was nur Sinn ergibt. Dadurch fühlt sich der Buchungsflow einfach intuitiv an. > > **Cons**: Im Grunde fällt mir hier nicht wirklich etwas ein. Lediglich, dass der Login via SSO sehr regelmäßig erneut erfolgen muss.
