> **Pros**: Die nahtlose Integration mit Microsoft, inklusive Kalendersync in beide Richtungen, SAML und SCIM, hat mich besonders überzeugt. Die intuitive Benutzeroberfläche macht den Einstieg extrem leicht – selbst Kollegen ohne technisches Hintergrundwissen konnten direkt loslegen, ohne irgendeine Anleitung zu brauchen. Besonders positiv ist auch der Support: feste Ansprechpartner, schnelle Rückmeldungen und unkomplizierte Testphasen. Vom ersten Gespräch bis zum späteren Produktivgang hatte man immer das Gefühl, dass jemand zuverlässig ansprechbar ist und sich wirklich kümmert.

> **Cons**: Die durchgehend verwendete genderneutrale Sprache, die sich leider nicht deaktivieren lässt. Dadurch wirken viele Texte in der Oberfläche unnötig kompliziert und teilweise schlecht lesbar. Auch das Hinzufügen von Sitzplätzen im Sitzplan ist etwas umständlich. Es fehlen Hilfslinien oder Ausrichthilfen, sodass Plätze schnell leicht verschoben oder ungerade wirken, weil man sie nur freihändig mit der Maus platzieren kann.

> desk.ly hilft dabei, mehr Mitarbeitende als verfügbare Arbeitsplätze effizient zu organisieren. Die Verwaltung funktioniert unkompliziert, transparent und mit sehr hoher Benutzerakzeptanz, weil die Buchung für alle schnell und intuitiv möglich ist.

> **Pros**: Mit dem neuen Update gibt es viele smarte Features, die die Nutzung erleichtern. Somit kann man sehr einfach einen Arbeitsplatz für mehrere Tage gleichzeitig buchen. Wenn man nach einer bestimmten Uhrzeit buchen möchte (und für diesen Tag bereits einen Arbeitsplatz gebucht hat), wird automatisch der nächste Tag ausgewählt - was nur Sinn ergibt. Dadurch fühlt sich der Buchungsflow einfach intuitiv an.

> **Cons**: Im Grunde fällt mir hier nicht wirklich etwas ein. Lediglich, dass der Login via SSO sehr regelmäßig erneut erfolgen muss. Ich kann aber nicht einschätzen, ob die Session Lifetime von unseren Administratoren so kurz eingestellt wurde.

> Desk.ly lässt sich sehr einfach nutzen. Bei Problemen konnte der Support bisher immer sehr schnell weiterhelfen. Desk.ly ist eines dieser Produkte, über die ich eigentlich sehr wenig nachdenke, weil sie sich so intuitiv in den Alltag integrieren und einfach funktionieren :)

> **Pros**: Übersichtlichkeit, besonders nach den Neuerungen der letzten Monate. Leicht verständlich. Leicht einzurichten.

> **Cons**: Nicht jeder Browser unterstützt das Login. Besonders, wenn man in den Adminbereich möchte. Einrichten der Räume könnte einfacher gestaltet werden bez. aktualisiert sich die Eintragung nur sehr langsam.

> Ich habe gute Erfahrungen mit desk.ly gemacht. Als Admin kann man schnell und unkompliziert Sachen ändern, austragen usw. Auch bei den Kollegen gibt es kaum Schwierigkeiten. Besonders gut finde ich den schnellen Support bei schwierigen Problemen.

> **Pros**: Grundsätzlich ist es ein einfaches Produkt, was uns die flexible Arbeitsplatzbuchung ermöglicht. Wir buchen täglich, ob im Büro, Homeoffice oder beim Kunden und erhalten einen Termin in unseren Outlook-Kalender, was sehr praktisch ist. Auch die Administration ist recht easy.

> **Cons**: Teilweise ist die Buchungsfunktion etwas 'überladen' - Das heißt es gibt zu viele Möglichkeiten. Es wurde aber in letzter Zeit bereits besser durch die vereinfachte Buchung.&#10;Bei den Statistiken und Auswertungen könnte Deskly noch besser werden.

> Das Produkt hat sich die letzten Jahre enorm weiterentwickelt. Zunächst ging das für unseren use-case eher in die falsche Richtung aber mittlerweile sind die Funktionen ganz gut 'verstaut'. Auch im Kontakt mit dem Support war bislang alles super.
