Appointment booking made easy
Pros
I've experimented with a few other scheduling & booking apps. ScheduleOnce by OnceHub stands out as the best & most convenient one for business purposes. Whenever someone wants to schedule a discovery call or consultation with my digital marketing agency, I simply hand them the page to book and I get all the info I need in a flash!
It's eliminated communication barriers between myself & my customers & prospects, and has helped me greatly to expedite the marketing help I provide for small business owners and professional consultants.
The best part, SO integrates direct with Google Calendar - meaning all we need to do to block off an unavailable time is create an event from our Calendar, which is a huge save for those times I'm not signed into OnceHub.
Cons
SO doesn't easily integrate with Instagram and other social media. If IG had directly supported it as a custom booking option for business profiles, it would be even more of a life-saver for those visiting our business Instagram profile.

Very satisfied with the platform, I have tried many and its the only one that can capture all my business processes.
Pros
Flexibility - you can literally do everything you want to. I do not understand why calendly is still a thing

Secretly, downgrading is not possible
Pros
Worked consistently. Lots of advanced features to customize things to your own liking, and integrate with other tools.
Cons
Too complicated and too many options to sift through when customizing event types, booking pages, etc. AND, was surprised to discover that to switch from a paid plan back down to their free Basic plan, you have to wipe your account and start fresh. Downgrading is not possible, yet they don't mention this anywhere on pricing/tiers page. To me this is very misleading and borderline fraudulent, especially since in their copy they imply you can downgrade after a free trial ends (but not once you're a regular user??).

CalendlyReasons for Switching to OnceHub
At the time, OnceHub was better value. Same or better calendar integration for free instead of a paid plan. That has since changed.Response from OnceHub
Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're glad to hear that you were content with our service over the years. We strive to be transparent with our customers and regret any confusion you've encountered.
To clarify, our policy ensures that plans are never automatically converted from free to paid; such a change requires an active choice by the user. This approach is designed to prevent any surprises regarding billing and to keep you in control of your subscription choices.
Regarding the downgrade process, our policy of requiring a new account to switch to a 'Basic' plan from a paid subscription is in place to prevent abuse and plan hopping, except for a one-time allowance to downgrade at the end of the trial period. This approach helps ensure users don't exploit premium features temporarily without a long-term commitment, & it maintains the integrity of complex configurations and services designed for our paid plans.
We appreciate your feedback, it is crucial for us to improve.

ScheduleOnce
I did not like hardly any bit of this tool. It was very confusing for my clients to configure their schedules. Hard for them to adjust their availability etc. I spent so much time just helping clients troubleshoot their issues. This tool was not very user-friendly at all.
Pros
Pretty much the only thing I really liked about this tool is the fact that it offers an embed code for websites/clickfunnels on the free account. I created lead generation funnels for direct sales and my clients would need some sort of tool that would allow them to embed their schedule directly into the site. This tool lets you do that for free. So that's nice.
Cons
I really disliked the fact that it had such a confusing interface for my clients.
Reasons for Switching to OnceHub
I didn't choose ScheduleOnce at all actually. Several of my clients signed on with my company already having in mind that they needed/wanted to use ScheduleOnce. Those that didn't know how to use the tool and were just starting out with it had such a hard time getting used to it that I'd say about 45% of them ended up switching to Acuity or Calendly instead.Response from OnceHub
We're very sorry to hear about your frustration with our user interface Anastacia. We hope you'll give it another chance next week after we release our new navigation (on October 12) which is intended to make our powerful functionality much more intuitive to use. We look forward to your feedback!

Conversational Marketing Made Simple
Overall, OnceHub is a really flexible platform that allows you to grow with it. From the simple scheduling to the landing pages and live chat, the opportunity to present a professional brand and build rapport from the very beginning is awesome.
Pros
I really liked the ability to schedule with a simple link, but I was drawn in by the ability to plan the conversational journey.
Cons
Lot's of bells and whistles. The platform had a really steep learning curve, especially for a solo person who isn't scheduling for a team.
I had a bit of trouble on keeping track of the event types and master pages, so I hadn't used it as much as I'd planned to.
Response from OnceHub
Thank you, Courtney. We're glad you mentioned conversational marketing and hope you explore its potential further! It really does transform the visitor experience into something more human and welcoming.

It has every feature you'll need
We use ScheduleOnce for client demo and support calls, they book calls from all over the world in multiple timezones so it's critical that the system recognizes the country they're in, sounds simple, most of the other software fails to do this well, therefore, we had a lot of no-shows or calls not booked at the right time.
Pros
It's a fully-featured booking system that integrates nicely into GoToMeeting. Super easy to use with great support if you get stuck. Works well for clients compared to other solutions we've used. You can set up so it only shows call times available in the users business hours.
Cons
Nothing major however it did take a little time to get my head around the concept of event types, booking pages, users and master pages.

Easy to schedule but no email confirmation
Pros
It’s easy to schedule appointments and choose times based on everyone’s availability. Simple UI
Cons
Didn’t get an email confirmation when choosing an appointment. Would have like it to at least give me an option to download a calendar event file to add to my calendar.
Response from OnceHub
Thanks for your review, Christopher! OnceHub is all about easy appointment scheduling, but there's not much point to it if you can't diarize your meetings automatically, right? From your comments, it isn't clear whether you are a user of OnceHub or scheduling with a user of OnceHub. Either way, you should at least have received an email confirmation and calendar event. And, as a OnceHub user, you don't even have to download a calendar event; your calendar is automatically updated with all your meetings. Best group calendar scheduling service
Once the service was set up properly, it works well. The online customer support through chat is excellent and the agents are very informative and takes responsibility to solve issues.
Pros
The ability to be able to schedule group calendars where the members of the group is from different companies. This is the best service I have come across that allows me to work with different consultants on different customer projects and to schedule time based on their personal calendar availability within group meetings.
Cons
The user set up especially for group calendar scheduling was very cumbersome and hard to do. It was not intuitive to see how to ensure only available times in all group member calendars was set up. Only after spending significant time with online customer support was I able to set this up. The other issue is that when a meeting get's rescheduled, it cancels the booking and it is confusing for attendees.

Happy Customer
Excellent experience. Recently had a client need to cancel our appointment and I was able to send a reschedule link and the client immediately rescheduled. I don’t need an administrator to manage my calendar just yet anyone. You can search for the customer by name, company, etc if you need to manage that appointment. Quick and easy
Pros
I love the simplicity of the look and feel. I love the fact the free version provides some of the pro features with limitations but grateful for what is available.
Cons
Help documents are limited and if non technical users, they may not know how to get started

No More Back and Forth to Schedule Meetings
Pros
The best thing about this software is the ability to generate custom scheduling links. There is no need to go back and forth in an email string to try to coordinate a common day/time. We use this currently to schedule sales demos and remote software training sessions. Simply send your scheduling link to a customer or prospect and they can pick a time that you have available that also works for them. It sends the appropriate calendar invites and reminders as well. We have also used the pooled availability feature to round-robin appointments between multiple coworkers who perform the same tasks.
Cons
The only thing I found a confusing was the initial setup. Setting up an individual link was simple enough and they give you a lot of customization options, but it got tricky when setting up master links that involve more than one person's calendar availability. The good thing is that once you have them set up, you're good to go moving forward, but the initial setup did take some time to figure out.

Pros
It's easy and simple to use with no training required. The software design is intuitive and easily integrated with other calendars (like google, microsoft outlook, etc). It is also highly customizable
Cons
It is difficult to edit date-specific changes. As this is an important function this should be on the main page, not buried as it is currently

Learning curve, but worth it!
It's all about functionality. No other scheduling software is as robust as ScheduleOnce is...
Pros
Besides being a scheduling system, I really love the "multi-user" function. With a sales team located around the globe, it makes it more convenient for new users to just choose a time and the system find the right person to schedule them with.
Cons
It has a steep learning curve. It will take some time for you to learn, and the fact it will cost a little to really get going if you have a medium to large size team.

OnceHub - lead acceleration software that saves time
Pros
ScheduleOnce is easy to navigate and understand for scheduling of both individual and public events, with the ability to not only capture and schedule leads, but also track and trace correspondence and feedback.
Integration with i.e. Google calendar and other meeting platforms is further convenient and efficient when scheduling.
The online support is fast, efficient and specific to address the challenge - without trying to convince you to expand on what you currently use. Support feedback was honest and alternatives suggested when there was no straightforward solution - appreciated.
Cons
Getting to know the Events Type and Booking Form - and how they are linked can be tricky at first.

ScheduleOnce is AWESOME for more sophisticated scheduling needs
There are quite a few simple scheduling tools out there for small businesses to empower their customers to self-schedule. ScheduleOnce goes beyond that. I've used it in 2 companies to do very custom stuff--in the first company, we were using the WebEx integration to create webianrs automatically with each scheduled meeting. There are lots of sophisticated rules you can use as well to make sure the meetings get routed to the right person based on availability, round robin, etc. In the second company, mapping to Salesforce was key. Huge shoutout to their support staff (especially Suzie and also one of the co-founders, Gilad) for being incredibly helpful with all bugs and feature requests.
Pros
Integrations with your CRM, web conferencing, and calendar tools. Great support.
Cons
May be overkill if you only want a very simple scheduler.

Single-biggest value add for Recruiters
I recommend it to anyone and everyone who facilitates meeting scheduling of any kind. There are comparable tools out there, so in general, I encourage the adoption of this technology as a whole. For $19/month, this tool pays for itself many times over.
Pros
I've been in Recruiting for 15+ years and never did I think I'd ever say this about a calendar integration tool: it has paid for itself a thousand fold in productivity. I already detest email; not having to do the whole back-and-forth of "How about this day or this time?" dance with all my candidates saves hours of productivity each week, which means more recruiting and less email.
Cons
I can't point to any on thing I dislike about the platform. Digging for invoices each month for an expense report can sometimes be a hassle? Maybe automate a PDF distribution via email would save that step.

Great scheduling software.
Great scheduling software.
Pros
Pretty easy to use. Like the fact that the client could cancel without having to call me and I got the information at the same time.
Cons
Once a potential client or client canceled, they would reschedule for themselves which was not good because I didn't always have the calendar updated.
