We also like that we were told that it integrated with out school management system via an API. > > **Cons**: The support is probably one of the worst that I have encountered. You cannot talk to anyone over a phone. If you ring the support number you are directed to an operator that just wants to take your number. If you ask for them to ring you they refuse. It took nearly 17 months to get it set up as they ran in to a lot of problems, had people leave etc. and we also took longer to test things. Part of this was also due to not being able to speak to people on the phone. Implementation eventually was ok and the system seems to be working well with some teething problem but still across all of our staff the biggest complaint is the support.
