# ORM Technologies

Canonical: https://www.softwareadvice.co.nz/software/499062/ORM-Technologies

> ORM Technologies is a prescriptive revenue analytics platform for B2B SaaS companies, built for the teams that own the number: sales, marketing, finance, and revenue operations.

The problem ORM solves is not that companies lack data. It is that every function plans against a different version of it. CRM credits one source. Marketing automation credits another. ERP records what actually booked. Nobody owns the definition of a renewal. So the forecast, the attribution model, and the board report disagree, and the quarter gets spent arguing about whose number is right instead of what to do about it.

ORM starts underneath all of them. It reconciles CRM, marketing automation, ERP, and product data into one view the business can defend, with no migration and no cleanup project handed to revenue operations. That reconciled data layer becomes the foundation for every forecast, attribution model, and resource decision ORM makes.

Once that base holds, the outputs stop competing. An independent probability forecast runs nightly against the pipeline alongside what sales commits to, and customers achieve 95% or better accuracy within four to six weeks. Multi-touch attribution runs on the same data and ties marketing spend to closed revenue rather than to pipeline created. Trend Micro used it to replace a reporting blind spot with what their team called concrete evidence of where they should be investing. Finance works from those same numbers for ARR, GRR, NRR, forecasting, and board reporting, with daily snapshots that show how the pipeline and revenue metrics have moved since the last board meeting.

Machine learning runs across the account base for propensity scoring, cross-sell targeting, and churn prediction, and the scores write back into the CRM record so the team acts on them inside the workflow they already use. Prediction only creates value when it changes what the team does next. Zix, a Dallas cybersecurity company later acquired by OpenText, ran that through multiple acquisitions of its own and came out with 5.6x higher conversion from lead to opportunity and 2x higher win rates on targeted accounts.

What separates ORM from traditional reporting and analytics is what happens after the prediction. Leaders still have to decide what to do, and ORM supports that decision by prescribing where the next dollar goes: coverage, territory design, program investment, and capacity , with the revenue impact of each modeled before the commitment is made. Sales capacity is one input in that decision, not the point of it.

ORM is not sold by the seat. Every customer gets unlimited access plus a dedicated analytics team that shows up on a bi-weekly cadence to read the output with them. That model has kept customers since 2012, including Zix, Trend Micro, and VertexOne.

Sales asks what is coming. Marketing asks what is working. Finance asks whether the plan can be defended. ORM answers all three off the same underlying numbers. The answer is a decision, not a report.

Dallas, Texas. SOC 2 Type II. Founded by John Ryan, operated by Pete Furseth.
