## Reviews

### "A genuine win for frontline training and communication" — 5.0/5

> **Alicia** | *3 May 2026* | Consumer Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: After researching multiple LMS options for our 15-location grooming franchise, Opus has been the right call on every dimension that mattered to us. The mobile-first design gives a direct line to a frontline workforce that lives on their phones; courses deliver microlearning, task lists drive daily operational accountability, the resource library serves as an always-on knowledge base, and messaging has become our primary channel for building culture across locations. The admin-side AI tools have meaningfully cut content development time, and the team-side AI search means team members can self-serve answers in the moment instead of waiting on a manager. The Opus support team has been exceptionally responsive throughout our rollout, which has made a complex implementation feel manageable. The value relative to other platforms I evaluated isn't even close.
>
> **Cons**: The main tradeoff: The marketplace skews toward food service, so off-the-shelf content options are limited for other industries. For us this is minor since we need to tailor most content to our specific workforce anyway, but teams hoping to lean heavily on pre-built libraries should evaluate that fit carefully.
>
> Opus has been a strong fit for our organization from initial implementation through ongoing rollout. The platform is intuitive enough that our frontline team adopted it quickly, and flexible enough that we can build content tailored to our specific roles and culture. Implementation support was hands-on and responsive, which made a meaningful difference in how quickly we got to value. Nine months in, Opus has become central to how we train, communicate, and operate across all our locations.

### "All in One\!" — 5.0/5

> **Georgia** | *23 April 2026* | Restaurants | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Ease of use, adaptable, intuitive, both from the perspective of someone in my experience in Learning and Development, and from the perspective of a new hire. Even though it is digital-first approach, it doesn't rely on the user having a personal cellphone-- It can be a store iPad or desktop computer.
>
> **Cons**: I find that there are so many updates rolling out constantly, it can be hard to keep up at times, but there are recap emails that Opus sends out to consolidate big and small improvements made to the platform.
>
> As a Director of Training focused on Operations Services, I’ve really loved using Opus to support our teams. It brings together mobile training, task management, a knowledge base, and AI search in a way that’s intuitive and easy to scale, even with a lean L\&D team. We’ve been able to reduce onboarding time and improve guest satisfaction while moving quickly and staying flexible. I’ve worked with other platforms before, but Opus stands out in how well it adapts as our needs evolve. It’s been a genuinely helpful partner in keeping our teams aligned and set up for success.

### "Incredibly Intuitive—A Game-Changer for Our Culture and Operations" — 5.0/5

> **Shannon** | *29 June 2026* | Food & Beverages | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: As a training manager, Opus has completely transformed our culture and daily operations by making training accessible to everyone. The system is incredibly intuitive, and the built-in translation features ensure every employee can learn and succeed in their preferred language. By offering instant access to content via the mobile knowledge base and AI search, it has boosted team morale while keeping everyone accountable to our standards. Having used other tools in the past, I prefer Opus because it genuinely bridges communication gaps, improves efficiency, and saves me hours of work.
>
> **Cons**: The trade-off with how intuitive and mobile-friendly it is, is that there are limited creative capabilities.

### "Opus- a solution driven partner" — 5.0/5

> **Cierra** | *9 May 2025* | Food & Beverages | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Opus is a really great, comprehensive product for learning management. I love the care that the team puts into ensuring that your content is relevant, helpful, and accessible to the front line teams in a way that makes learning effective. They are swift in creating solutions to any problems that come up, and are always finding ways to utilize technology to their advantage.
>
> **Cons**: There are a few functionality issues within the content builder that are minor inconveniences. However, we have created work arounds for them. But, I would say that the would be what I like the least, even if I am able to work around that functionally.
>
> My overall experience with Opus has been 10/10. I have really enjoyed working with them, and I appreciate their commitment to our program's success. They are adaptable, and willing to listen to feedback and actually design solutions around said feedback.

### "User-Friendly, Affordable LMS with Great Support and Powerful AI" — 5.0/5

> **Ana-Maria** | *24 April 2026* | Restaurants | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Opus makes it extremely easy to create content from scratch or to leverage their integrated AI. The biggest upside for me is how user-friendly it is on the front end. It integrates with our HRIS platform (TriNet)—the integration process was very simple, and now any new hire’s job position and other profile information is automatically added.

We’re a relatively small company but have multiple locations, and the price per user is around $5/month, so it’s definitely affordable compared to other LMS systems. Onboarding was seamless, and as a team of one in Training, I was able to roll it out to the whole company within three weeks of onboarding.

Ongoing support has been great. We have a dedicated customer success rep who does regular check-ins and is readily available to jump on a call to troubleshoot or brainstorm. I use the platform daily, and the back-end experience is also very easy to navigate. I can pull reports and performance insights, and make changes that publish within seconds. New user onboarding only requires a smartphone and a phone number—no logins and no ever-forgotten password.

The intended audience is frontline workers that do not have regular access to a computer or desk and they are able to get training, find out information all with ease from their phone.

The integrated translation available in hundreds of different languages ensures the message and training is delivered in the best way a team member understands.

Their "Ask Opus" AI feature is one of my new favorites as it allows the team to get information on anything that lives on the platform just by asking- no need to scroll the library or wonder which folder that is in.
Whether you have a very large team or a smaller group Opus is an invaluable tool in your tech stack.
>
> **Cons**: There aren’t many actual Cons.
The only thing I sometimes notice is that a few of the translations can be a little off. That said, they’re constantly improving the platform, so it’s not really a big issue.
>
> Opus team is one of the most professional, efficient and client focused team you will ever work with. The platform was created with the frontline worker in mind and you can tell. Opus have saved me hours and hours of work, made my job easier and more fun, allowed me to be creative. It's more than just an LMS for us; it is a powerful tool in maintaining our standards, keeping the teams engaged and staying ahead of trends.
