Customers can access an account management interface to view ship-to locations, contacts, billing terms, and order history. Line-level status tracking provides updates on ordered, acknowledged, and shipped quantities. The platform operates on a unified data layer shared across all Work Suite modules, ensuring consistency in availability, allocation, and order processing from order placement to invoicing and shipping.
