I appreciate being a personal Paypal customer for years. Converting to business has helped serve others that may not be comfortable with paying through other portals. Paypal helps protect the customer > the vendor, and this is important to people (I know, as I feel the same way as a consumer.) I appreciate that Paypal does have a bi-functional feature to collect and send invoices, as well as payments.

Cons

Customer service with Paypal has diminished over the years. The ease of the mobile site is not as great as the browser, and unfortunately, sometimes you need to rely on the ability of your phone to optimally function.

The biggest positive point is that you can transfer or pix with cents, I believe that makes PayPal the best payment platform in the world, because in addition to automatically converting the currency, you transfer any amount and still receive quickly in your account. Other platforms tend to have a very high minimum withdrawal amount.

Cons

I personally never had a problem with PayPal, but my mom opened an account and ended up getting the last name wrong, she called support and it took weeks to fix it, so she sent a message via chat and they fixed it right away. I found the difference in answering the phone via chat very discrepant.

Pros

I Have used Pay Pal to make transfers. I have transferred money online to my friends, paid for products, and paid for research paper publications. I have found it convenient because it only allows me to make transections at my workplace rather than going to the bank for banking needs.

Cons

I haven't taken an opportunity to generate money from Pay Pal although there is make money using features. It has not been clear how I can make money using Pay Pal software.
