> **Pros**: El gran crecimiento y empeño que AlterEstate siempre ha puesto al desarrollo inmobiliario y el brindar un servicio de calidad a todos los que participamos del negocio inmobiliario en la República Dominicana y por todas las herramientas que AlterEstate ofrece que algunas de las principales plataforma digitales en el renglón inmobiliario no ofrecen. Además de que todo el personal con que cuenta AlterEstate funciona como una familia con un único objetivo brindar lo mejor del sector inmobiliario.

> **Cons**: Me gustaría que al momento de estar digitando una propiedad y llegar a la parte donde nos toca elegir el tipo de propiedad que vamos a digitar, los campos puedan cambiar, ya que los datos Comerciales e Industriales son muy diferentes a los Residenciales y esto a mi parecer sería de mayor utilidad para el cliente que está buscando los diferentes tipos de propiedades. EJEMPLO: Si un cliente está buscando Naves Industriales, los campos que aparecen en el sistema no pueden ser los mismos que un Residencial o Comercial. Si necesitan de mi ayuda para esa parte con mucho gusto les puedo ayudar.

Para mi fue bastante fácil manejar esta herramienta.
