# Notifuse

Bring your own sending provider

Notifuse is the application layer, not another sending service. Connect your own Amazon SES, Mailgun, Postmark, SendGrid, SparkPost, Mailjet or SMTP account and mail goes out through it. You send unlimited emails at your provider's raw rates instead of a per-email platform markup, and your sending reputation stays yours, not shared with a pool of unknown senders. Notifuse bills on active contacts: those with no activity in 30 days stop counting toward your limit.

Automations

A visual flow editor builds multi-step journeys from event triggers. Nodes include delays, send email, add to or remove from a list, outbound webhook, conditional filter branching, weighted A/B split, and list-status branching. Exit on Reply drops a contact out of a sequence when they reply. Contacts carry a journey record with state, exit reason and timeline.

Segmentation and event data

- RFM segmentation on recency, frequency and monetary value, from events sent by your application
- Website goals usable as segment conditions and automation triggers

Transactional email and migration

A transactional API sends event-driven emails with automatic contact upsert, template data enrichment, external-ID deduplication, attachments and inline images. A built-in SMTP bridge accepts mail on port 587 (STARTTLS) or 465 (implicit TLS) using your workspace API credentials, so existing applications can send through Notifuse with no code change. Migration becomes a credentials swap rather than a rebuild.

Built-in web analytics

Analytics is included, not integrated. It is cookieless, stores no IP addresses, and writes sessions, pageviews and goals into your own database alongside your contacts.

- Dashboard, live view and free-form exploration of any dimension, plus custom dimensions
- 40 seeded attribution rules sorting traffic into channels, editable, with past traffic reclassified when you change them
- Annotations marking launches and outages on charts; broadcasts annotate themselves
- A signed identify() call, and identification from email links, ties a visit to a known contact so browsing behaviour becomes segmentable
