It's all there automated and syncs across all of our sales channels including eBay, Amazon and Shopify. We use Quickbooks and can actually see all of our profit and expenses incurred per sales channel in real-time, which is perfect. At first we were skeptical but the free trial persuaded us. Putting my Amazon transactions through at VAT return time used to be one of the things I dreaded most and it has become much faster now because I do it as I go along with minimum hassle. The implementation of Brexit changes and eBay managed payments would have been much more complex without this app too, and once set up was complete it is now just a matter of a few clicks each week and a double check I agree at VAT return time. > > **Cons**: I wish I didn't need this software, because it is doing a job my accounting software could do but doesn't so I feel I am paying twice but that is not the fault of Link My Books. It is also a massive amount cheaper than paying a book-keeper so although I don't like paying (who does) it is worth it. The software was fast to adapt to the changing situations, with good clear knowledge bases on the new set ups. I had a couple of queries as I went along and had great support from the Link My Books team - fast and knowledgeable. The only reason I gave 8 stars for the set up complexity is because it is complicated, but then its a complex subject and at least you only have to do it once unless there are major changes to the tax systems.
