> **Pros**: Fantastic engineering and technical support team. Straight forward tool. It's somewhat less customizable than competing products though that can be a good thing too because that means it's easier to set up as well. Dataloop Engineering helped build a very easy to establish data integration (Function as a Service) with our client facing and internal reporting dashboards too.
> 
> **Cons**: The UI can be somewhat not intuitive at times, though I'm an administrator and may be doing some non-traditional navigation in the Dataloop app. I haven't heard any complaints about Dataloop from our end users.
