> **Pros**: Since I had the opportunity to work with BlueAnt as an IT Manager ten years ago, I was delighted when one of my current clients also decided to adopt it.&#10;&#10;BlueAnt provides everything you need for efficient and transparent project and portfolio management in a single solution. The implementation was smooth and fast, and users (project managers and team members alike) quickly became familiar with the system.&#10;&#10;With BlueAnt, everyone can get straight to work and gain a rapid overview of projects and their current status.&#10;&#10;One feature that deserves special mention is the context-sensitive help.&#10;&#10;Of course, there are always one or two features that could be implemented more elegantly, and there are still some specialized functions or reports that one would like to see. However, the product is continuously being developed and improved.&#10;&#10;The CSV import function may not be the most elegant solution, but it enables the rapid implementation of useful features.&#10;&#10;In the future, we plan to transcribe our project calls and, in addition to generating meeting minutes and task lists, automatically derive project statuses and risks. These insights will then be imported into BlueAnt and used for reporting purposes.

> **Pros**: Thanks to BlueAnt, we are now able—for the first time—to manage program, portfolio, and multi-project activities within our Digital Business division from a single central location. This provides us with a unified view of project status at any given time, and allows us to share this transparency with all stakeholders without any additional effort. It eliminates numerous sources of error as well as the need to juggle multiple tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, MS Project, etc.). The built-in visualizations serve as early-warning systems for our projects, grounded in hard data and facts.

> **Cons**: Some controls in the web GUI are not yet as easy or dynamic to use as one has come to expect from modern web applications (e.g., inline table filtering). Certain use cases could be accomplished with fewer clicks, though this is already in the works according to the roadmap.

> Blue Ant centralizes all the data required for successful program, portfolio, and project management. Its collaborative approach involves all project stakeholders in maintaining progress data, thereby ensuring real-time transparency and eliminating high overhead costs within the PMO.
