Price the job, run the job, and get paid for the job, in one system. Take off quantities from PDF drawings, build a bill of quantities, and cost it against your own price lists rather than someone else's averages. Send tender packages to your trades and compare what comes back. Raise purchase orders straight from the same bill of quantities, so nobody retypes a quantity or a rate. Match supplier invoices to those orders and see committed cost against the budget you set at estimate time — while you can still act on it, rather than three months after the slab went down. Progress claims and variations run off the same contract the estimate created.

Built for Australian practice. Progress claims by contract stage — deposit, base, frame, lock-up, fixing, completion — the way domestic building contracts here are written. Prime cost and provisional sum allowances are first class, and the difference between the allowance and the client's choice becomes a variation. GST and margin sit on the item, so the sell rate is built the way an Australian estimator builds it. Call-ups for the trades you subcontract, rather than rostering employed crews.
