One day I sent out an email through Livespace and the system completely mangled it - included a large junk of base64 code in the middle of the email (this is apparently how it handles the inline images). I sent a complaint to the sales rep who was onboarding me - silence. A few days later, I sent another email to the sales rep as well as the support mailbox - few days went by, SILENCE. I would recommend this system only if you are ready to have your emails messed up by it and hear nothing back from the company ever again.
