We have used the system for a number of years now, and although we are still developing certain areas of it, we can see substantial improvements in efficiencies re. enquiry / SO tracking, procurement, inventory management, and BOMs, and especially when compared to the manual systems we had in place previously. The system is used on a daily basis by the vast majority of our workforce, and across a number of departments, including, engineering, manufacturing (shopfloor staff) and accounts. The interface is user friendly and also integrates well with other packages we use ie SAGE and Microsoft Office. > > **Cons**: Although the reporting functionality is very comprehensive, we are required at times to export reports into other formats in order to tailor them specifically to our needs. This may just be down to our preference as an individual user and may not be required across the board so it could be classed as a minor point in the grand scheme of things. > > We have had very positive engagement with \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team from the outset of our relationship. This covers from the initial support and training provided to assist with onboarding and data migration, to the current period where a maintenance support package continues - if we encounter any issues then the technical support team are responsive and also proactive in helping to put a solution in place.
