It uses an Android OS, which means it comes also with all sorts of apps (Skype, BlueJeans, every other communication app out there, plus Netflix, etc). Tech support is great: always available and helpful 24x7 on chat, and even on live video calls\! Impressive, never seen support like this. > > **Cons**: It’s clearly still under development: some features are missing (you can’t position the device upside down, only recently it was possible to turn off an annoying front light), others are complex (interaction between device and app is very complicated), and I was a bit disappointed with the camera: zoom is by software only, so focusing on a person means image quality is gone.
