Who it fits best. Independent operators who need one system instead of five, and multi-location retailers who need store-level control without a six-month rollout. What operators actually say. Two themes come up again and again. The first is that staff learn it fast: the interface is simple enough for budtenders and sophisticated enough for managers and accountants, which matters when turnover is high and training time is short.
