> **Pros**: We like the push notifications and biometric cross checking to ensure that the MFA actually being authorized by the primary user. It's got a series of features that the other industry MFA don't such as spoken OTP and Phishing protection.

> **Cons**: When the app sends a push, it goes to notifications and you have to look for it unless you have the app open and in the foreground. Would be nice if the alert on Android would come into the foreground when pushed.

> The staff and support at RCDEVS is among the best I have experienced. They really helped us in the pre-sales, engineering decision making for our ultimate configuration, and of course post sales support that was urgent and on point.
