Each matter holds its key information in one view: category, caseworker, advice given, agreed plan of action, and custom field groups tailored to each of 22 practice areas. Workflow stages with task checklists and reminders keep cases moving and help fee earners see what needs doing next.
Documents are organised into matter folders and created from templates with merge fields. You can edit them in Word Online and send them for e-signature, with signed copies filed back to the case automatically. Emails, calls and attendances are recorded against the matter, and inbound emails are filed by case reference.
Time is recorded in 6-minute units from any activity or a universal timer. Each matter's accounts show its fee type, rates, instalments and invoices, while client account is managed in a dedicated module. Draft Bills, client ledgers and 50+ reports, including WIP, aged debt and sales graphs, give partners a clear view of firm performance, and reports can be exported.
OnePrice includes every feature for £50 per user per month on a 12-month plan, or £60 on a rolling monthly plan. Set-up, online training, updates, and email and phone support are free, and data is backed up daily in the UK.
