Easy to train staff and our temp hygienists. Reports are great. Billing is easy. It is very quick compared to the cloud based EDRs. > > **Cons**: Their eprescribing module is not the best. We use a separate eprescribing moudule. We used to be transferred directly to a software tech if we had an issue. Now we need to leave a message and get a call back. They usually respond within an hour, but not like the "old days." > > I teach at the dental school. It is much quicker than Axium, has more features than Softdent. Easier interface than any of the Dentrix softwares. Definitely better than Eaglesoft. We have been using the software since it broke off from MacDental about 20 years ago.
