Follow-up with Homebase support, that seems to use an outside source for payroll tax filing and payment, took more than 6 months to resolve and the tax authority still shows us as delinquent and owing penalties. Value for services is reasonable although if the tax processing and communication with support for tax processing does not improve, we will have to move to another provider.
