### "Solid WMS for ecommerce but audit trail is a pain." — 3.0/5

> **Pros**: Honestly the order management side is pretty solid. Managing multiple DCs and carriers at the same time works well and the pipeline configuration is flexible. For ecommerce last mile operations it gives you good visibility on where orders are at any point in the fulfillment process. The autostore integration when it works is smooth and the order processing speed is decent for high volume.

> **Cons**: The biggest frustration for me is you cannot check who edited an order from the UI itself. Like if someone changes a delivery address you have no way to find out who did it without going to your IT team or WMS admin to pull it from the backend. That should honestly be a basic feature. Also the autostore tote issues are a recurring headache - status mismatches, cancelled orders, missing items - we had to raise multiple tickets for the same issue. The system needs better self serve audit capabilities for operations teams. Learning curve is also steep if you are new to it.

> It gets the job done for large scale ecommerce fulfillment but you really need strong IT support behind you to manage it properly. Not the most user friendly for front line ops people but once you know it you know it.Better self-serve audit capabilities and improved error visibility would significantly improve day-to-day usability
