Specifically, clients can see their up-to-date books at any point in time. Clients can do the accounting work they want to do \& it is available instantly for review. I am able to support clients directly as they work in their books \& provide solutions \& training for problems they may encounter. This can all be done remotely on both sides - QBD offers a system that works better than QBO for so many of my clients. We are all much happier. > > **Cons**: There is nothing I like least about Qbox. The price is right. Customer support is always available with polite and easy-to-follow instructions. The system has only been unexpectedly unavailable once - during a major power-out - in all the years I've used it. They always let me know in advance of system back-ups and maintenance so I can plan my work around those times.
