Qloo is an AI-enabled platform that helps brands and enterprises evaluate customer’s choices and provide personalized recommendations, marketing strategies and audience insights. The cloud-based platform maintains data catalogs about people, brands, locations and more and users can filter data, based on the genre or category of a partnership. The GDPR-compliant solution also helps personalize customer predictions based on anonymous user data. Unique Consumer Preference Data

Pros

We know a lot about our customers' food preferences, given that CookUnity is a meal delivery service, but we don't know much more about our users. Qloo allows us to enrich our customer profiles with thousands of other details about their interests, which is not something we can get from other third-party data providers. We use this data in myriad ways from understanding which cuisines and meals we should recommend to customers each week, to identifying potential celebrity and influencer partners that would be good fits given who our users follow.

Cons

Getting started with Qloo did require some custom implementation from our team. However, our Qloo contacts made this process as easy as possible and even onboarded some new, custom data categories into their database that we specifically request.
