I think this falls in line with technology increasing and evolving and so the downfall is employers thinking they have seamless interview processes, but it lacks in person authenticity. > > Poor, from the 2 times i used it. It was for the federal government, department of labor. Twice, I had issues with it, and the company told me about it, in which I had to rerecord my responses. No effort was given to help me fix the audio issues i was having. It wasn't as simple as me accidentally having my audio off, as it was on the whole time.
