We rely on automation for campaigns and ongoing customer journeys, and the segmentation tool makes it easy to divide our audience based on different criteria and apply those segments directly in campaigns. Overall, it’s a great customer data software pick for mid-sized companies that wish to keep branding consistent.

We also recently saw a demo of their upcoming AI features, and they they have great potential in enhancing customer experience even further.

The platform also allows us to experiment with additional ideas like birthday campaigns or reactivation messages, and we’re looking forward to setting up more interesting automations.
