> **Pros**: Ease of use. The help and knowledge base as well as the staff trainings make learning streamlined.  Customer support and Q \&amp; A sessions give us an opportunity to learn the answers to the questions we have not even asked yet.

> **Cons**: That it logs me out saying it has "timed out due to inactivity" but I was using it at the time.  Due to our location internet dependent software can be an issue at times.

> **Pros**: that I can have my documents and resident files in one location. The old way was separate companies doing the documents and so it was housed in a different location.

> **Cons**: the document portion is difficult for families to utilize. Unless they want to sign right away they are unable to view the documents prior to signing

> There are too many fields that need to be completed but don't tell you what form they are for until you pull up each form individually and then update the forms from that place
