> Ikonix Connect is a critical messaging app for iOS and Android devices that helps staff communicate through instant messaging, voice and video calls, and send images as well as attachments. By integrating with the full organization directory, users can contact anyone in the organization by the preferred method. Managers can manage personal directory profiles, update where necessary, and keep personal phone numbers private.

Integrating solutions such as asset tracking, fire and security alarms, or medical gas and pharmacy fridges means alerts generated by those systems are broadcast to the teams designated. Ikonix Connect is just a part of the whole communication stack where users can integrate the application with other systems, including SMS, e-mail, Microsoft Teams and even paging for those difficult areas for mobile coverage. Ikonix Connect’s data is military-grade encrypted on the handset and at the server, ensuring data is inaccessible to outside eyes.
